September 11, 2023 – Rodrigo D. Mabitad Sr. Elementary School and Nanyu Central Elementary School The Sotelo Heart Foundation is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve, and this commitment extends to our youngest community members. On September 11, 2023, we embarked on a heartfelt journey to Rodrigo D. Mabitad Sr. Elementary School and Nanyu Central Elementary School, where we hosted a remarkable Feeding Program. At Rodrigo D. Mabitad Sr. Elementary School, we were welcomed with warm smiles and the enthusiasm of the students, teachers, and staff. Together, we shared a nutritious meal and cherished moments of camaraderie. Our volunteers engaged in storytelling sessions, games, and educational activities that filled the air with laughter and joy. Meanwhile, at Nanyu Central Elementary School, the spirit of unity and compassion was palpable. We were touched by the sense of community that surrounded us. As the children enjoyed their meals, they also embraced the invaluable lessons on nutrition and the importance of working together to build a brighter future.
